IN-HOUSE CLASSES
While we have always been determined not to rely on in-house classes, we hope that you enjoy the ones that we do have available, taught by management or our group-ex trained gym team of Monika, Chloe and Danielle.
GROUP CYCLE
Monday 7:30 am with Gym Team (Express) 5:30pm with Fiona/ Wednesday 7:30am with Gym Team (Express)/ Thursday 11:15 (Jared)/ Friday 7:30 am with Gym Team (Express)
We have five of our own-brand spin classes a week - catch up with management on Mondays and Thursdays or kickstart your day by leaping into our half-hour express spin classes with our gym team every other weekday morning at 7:30
HIIT - BODYWEIGHT TABATA
Tuesday 7:30am with Gym Team/ Friday 12:15 with Jared
Get in and out the studio in no time with our 30 min bodyweight Tabata, often working on a no-repeat system. Work up a serious sweat and add a cardio rush to your Tuesday early morning or friday lunchtimes.
HIIT - PYRAMID MIX
Wednesday 10:30am with Gym Team/ Thursday 6:30pm with Gym Team
Grab a set of weights and work through two peak cardio moves against 6-10 repeated, functional strength moves in this hybrid pyramid workout. Go at your own pace and load and find what works for you.
TOTAL CONDITIONING
Saturday 11:30 am with Fiona
An all-over functional workout, working separate muscle groups in sustained, focused blocks, using weights and resistance bands to work on everything that prepares your body for everyday life
BREATHE AND GLIDE
Monday 10:30 (Express) with Fiona/ Friday 12:15 (Fiona)
Inspired by Reformer Pilates, this class makes use of gliders (as in Barre) to lunge, slide and twist on a deeper, more dynamic level which takes your mobility in a fully dynamic direction.
