Guide to our holistic classes

 If you’re wanting to try classes in Studio 2 , which we have branded our Shala Room (holistic), we understand that it can be a bit of a minefield knowing what is what if you are new to such practices -particularly the different kinds of yoga. We try and offer as much as we can and listen to our members with what is currently popular ( though we are aware that Reformer Pilates is having a revival, that is something we are ruling out to the cost).  To help you out a little, here’s a comprehensive guide to the different kinds of holistic classes we offer - by our instructors.  HATHA YOGA Monday 7pm (Laura)/  Wednesday 7am (Maya/Milly) Thursday 12:15 (Rupi) Thursday 5:30(Ceilidh) /Sunday 12:30 (Ceilidh)  If you’re new to yoga then Hatha is a good place to start - it is simply the general term (meaning “sun” and “moon”) for yoga in general. Thus everyone will teach differently - my classes will vary in style week and all the instructors will differ from each other ....
